Text: because DynamicLink is not available I know the first response is usually telling me to reinstall or reset something, but I can assure you I've tried every way to reinstall and reset functions that I could find on the support community, so I'm hoping to get a response not given in previous threads (which also often never had a resolution). I've been at this for 4 hours, and support will not connect me to a specialist. On top of this, it no longer allows me to change the Advanced Graphics Processor settings, and the options are greyed out. After the last reinstall it also claims I have insufficient VRAM in the system report (pasted below), but my RAM is maxed out for Photoshop. Since the last update as well, my graphics driver has been acting funky with Photoshop (yes, I updated it too) and it does this thing where it starts, freezes on the open page, then after 5-10 minutes I can click on things - otherwise runs generally smooth until some random error occurs. This file was rendered using Media Encoder, and no other video files will open up either (Whether or not rendered using Media Encoder or Premiere). This error did not occur two days ago when I was using the same files, and others, within Photoshop. I have the most recent version of Quicktime. ![]() I uninstalled all of Adobe products using the cleaner tool, reinstalled everything, and still got the error message.
